This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Kanpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties include creating sales strategies, presenting products or services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date records of sales activities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
• Proficiency in sales strategies, market analysis, and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage
• Self-motivated and results-oriented attitude
