Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kanpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting products and services to potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role requires the candidate to collaborate with other team members to optimize sales strategies and performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in understanding and presenting solutions, demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify new sales opportunities
  • High organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in CRM software and basic knowledge of standard MS Office tools such as Excel and Word
  • Previous sales experience in a relevant industry is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
