Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bhor. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include reaching sales targets, conducting market research, maintaining customer databases, presenting products to clients, and liaising with the product and marketing teams to meet customer needs effectively. The candidate will also be expected to execute sales plans, handle customer queries, and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in market research, business development, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing client databases.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior sales experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bhor and travel as required for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software tools.
