Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves addressing client queries, providing product details, and representing the company during meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and report preparation
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C platforms is an advantage
  • Experience in industrial or e-commerce platforms is preferred
