Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage and qualify international leads (A&E firms, contractors, developers, consultants).
- Understand and clearly present BIM services, capabilities, and value proposition to prospects.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for 3D7D BIM services, LOD 100500 modeling, coordination, clash detection, and green building solutions.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of leads and schedule meetings/demos for the technical team.
- Work with technical and management teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project documents.
- Update CRM regularly and track all outreach activities for accurate reporting.
- Stay informed on global AEC market trends and competitors in BIM and digital construction.
- Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and industry events when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 25 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in AEC, BIM, or engineering services.
- Strong track record in international sales, cold calling, and lead nurturing.
- Good understanding of BIM, project lifecycle, and LOD 100500 (preferred).
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and email/LinkedIn automation.
- Comfortable working across global time zones (ANZ, UK, Europe, NAM).
- Onsite preferred (Pune/Gurgaon); travel within India as needed. Limited remote roles available.
