We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive to drive international growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with global clients, and closing high-value deals across overseas markets, including the US, UK, EU, and other regions. This role blends strategic market expansion, partnership development, and hands-on sales execution, with clear ownership of revenue outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and evaluate new international markets, industries, and target customer segments.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound channels such as cold outreach, LinkedIn, partnerships, and referrals.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with global agencies, consultants, and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing to refine offerings and value propositions.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for priority global regions.
Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
- Lead discovery calls, product demos, and sales presentations with international clients.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling within existing international clients.
Client & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with global customers and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high retention.
- Capture client feedback, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute insights to overall sales strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience in international B2B or B2C sales and business development.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones with global stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with India, US, UK, or EU markets.
- Exposure to SaaS, IT services, fintech, or professional services.
