  • Direct selling of luxury holiday packages, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and sustain strong, healthy relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, driving referral sales through word-of-mouth and positive customer experiences.
  • Customer Needs Understanding:
  • Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Translate customer dreams into reality by recommending the best luxury vacation options based on preferences and needs.
  • Sales Targets & Growth:
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for sales, with a results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets.
  • Continuously expand your customer base by identifying new leads and opportunities.
  • Learning & Adaptability:
  • Be a fast learner, staying updated on the latest product offerings and travel trends.
  • Continuously develop and improve sales techniques and product knowledge to stay ahead in the competitive market.
  • Market Awareness & Local Insights:
  • Use local knowledge to identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales and customer engagement within the region.
