Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client inquiries, providing tailored property recommendations, and facilitating home-buying decisions. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, maintaining client relationships, and presenting appropriate property options that meet clients aspirations and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure client confidence
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property pricing analysis
- Problem-solving and customer service skills to address client needs and concerns effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or software for client management and sales tracking
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
- Local market knowledge and fluency in relevant regional languages are advantageous
