Role Objective:
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Selling: Use Needs Analysis to recommend the right bike (e.g., Multistrada vs. Panigale) based on the customer's riding style.
CRM Discipline: Update every customer interaction in the CRM daily; manage Lost Lead analysis to improve conversion rates.
PDI Oversight: Personally inspect the bike 24 hours before delivery to ensure it is polished and all accessories are fitted correctly.
Test Ride Safety: Brief every customer on the electronics (Riding Modes, Traction Control) before they start a test ride.
Referral Program: Actively build and manage a referral network from existing Ducati owners.
Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated on offerings from competitors to handle objection killing effectively.
Target-Oriented: Able to take ownership of aggressive and high-pressure targets and deliver within the

Technical Authority: Ability to explain complex tech like Desmodromic valves and 6-axis IMU electronics.
