The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers, conducting site visits, and closing deals for residential or plotting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, online portals, and referrals.
• Attend walk-in clients at the site office or company stalls/events.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable properties accordingly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to ensure conversion.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and after-sales service.
• Maintain sales records and provide daily/weekly updates to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 13 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally (if required).

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
