Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Executive (F) to communicate with international clients (mainly from the USA) and help convert leads into long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with night shifts, fluent in English, and have strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients from the USA via calls, emails, chat, or Zoom.
- Understand client requirements related to website development, software services, and digital marketing.
- Pitch our services professionally, clearly outlining the value and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings/demos as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to provide proposals and pricing.
- Maintain a CRM system and track all interactions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer handling, or client communication.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts (USA hours).
- Strong understanding of digital services (website/software/marketing) is a plus.
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience with tools like CRM systems, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
- Familiarity with USA client expectations and business etiquette.
