Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service to drive sales. Core responsibilities include demonstrating product features, providing recommendations, managing inventory, and assisting in store merchandising. The role also involves meeting sales targets, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Customer Engagement and Sales skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Product Knowledge and the capability to explain technical features in simple terms
- Inventory Management and Merchandising experience
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic technology tools, such as Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive conversions
- Prior experience in retail, consumer electronics, or related fields is an advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is preferred
