Crestline Global Solutions (CGS) is expanding its sales team and is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to support our growing industrial client base across Telangana. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, ideal for professionals with strong B2B industrial sales experience and a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

Crestline Global Solutions is a client-driven industrial sourcing and supply partner serving industries including Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, Solar, EPC, Foundry, Food & Beverages, and Manufacturing & Process Industries. We specialise in requirement-based procurement across a wide range of industrial categories, working closely with OEMs, authorised distributors, and trusted vendor networks.

Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. The role involves close coordination with internal sourcing and operations teams to deliver timely, cost-effective, and value-added industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B client acquisition and manage existing accounts across the Telangana region
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable sourcing and supply solutions
  • Generate, follow up, and close enquiries for industrial products and project-based needs
  • Conduct sales planning, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update sales activities, leads, and performance data using CRM tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends, applications, and product developments

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven ability in B2B sales, client acquisition, and effective negotiations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of industrial supplies, safety materials, or related products is a strong plus
  • Experience in project coordination, cost estimation, and sales planning
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for tracking leads and performance
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler
  • Familiarity with the Telangana industrial landscape
  • Prior experience in Industrial Supplies, Oil & Gas, or Marine sectors will be an advantage

Special Skills Preferred for Freshers

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand industrial products
  • Good presentation and articulation skills
  • Confidence in client interactions and field visits
  • Basic understanding of commercial terms and costing
  • Willingness to travel and work in a field-sales environment
