Role Description

We are looking for Sales Executives who can go beyond product pitching and truly sell value. The ideal candidate understands customer needs, builds trust, and drives conversions in a consultative sales environment.

Additionally, the role requires tracking market trends, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify leads, demonstrate ideas & samples
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for modular kitchens and interior solutions
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored design & pricing solutions
  • Conduct client meetings (in-person / virtual) and site visits
  • Coordinate with design and execution teams for seamless project handover
  • Maintain strong follow-ups, drive deal closures, and achieve sales targets
  • Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate sales pipeline data

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in interiors / modular kitchens / real estate sales
  • Strong skills in Sales Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand design concepts and explain value to clients
  • Consultative selling mindset (not just transactional selling)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Experience in the real estate industry or a related field is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
