Construction Playground is India's first children's construction-themed experience brand, offering immersive and hands-on activities for children aged 4–14. At our events, kids safely operate real mini machines, use tools, and engage in authentic construction activities guided by trained professionals. We have hosted successful pop-up events in Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Hyderabad, delighting thousands of children with unforgettable experiences. In Summer 2026, we will launch our largest venue yet, a 9,400 sqft outdoor setup in Matunga East, Mumbai. Our offerings include public sessions, educational group bookings, private events, and our signature Brickkitt construction DIY kits for kids, paving the way for India's first permanent construction-themed experience brand.

Role Description

This full-time on-site Sales Executive role is based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and driving revenue growth through partnerships and bookings. Core tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, securing school group and private bookings, handling customer inquiries, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the marketing team to support campaigns. The candidate will also analyze sales performance, maintain accurate records, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, paired with presentation proficiency
  • Organizational and time-management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service and understanding client needs
  • Familiarity with the education, entertainment, or events sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to sales and a goal-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
