Hiring: Closing Executive and Closing Manager (Real Estate)

Sales Conversion and Deal Closure | Mandate Sales Excellence

Location: Thane, Mulund, and Andheri, Mumbai

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 1 Year+ (Experience in Real Estate Closing)

About the Opportunity Vanguard Ventures is a leading Real Estate Mandate firm specializing in converting site visits into confirmed bookings. We are seeking sharp, persuasive, and result-driven Closing Executives and Closing Managers to join our high-performing teams across Mumbai. This is a high-impact role for professionals who possess the negotiation expertise required to finalize high-value deals in a competitive corporate sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Closure: Manage site walk-ins and convert potential leads into confirmed residential or commercial bookings.
  • Negotiation: Oversee price negotiations, handle objections, and finalize payment terms to complete transactions.
  • Inventory Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project USPs, floor plans, and pricing to provide expert consultation to clients.
  • Documentation: Facilitate the initial booking process, including application forms and KYC collection.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate degree in any stream.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in direct sales or closing roles. Specific experience in Real Estate is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly preferred.
  • Professionalism: High energy, professional appearance, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Punctuality: Ability to maintain the designated 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule consistently.
