Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located at the factory at Perumbavoor Ernakulam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful delivery of products to clients. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge about company products and industry trends to effectively communicate solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets within a specific timeline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage and build client relationships
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and ensure timely delivery
• Familiarity with construction materials or related industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in using digital tools and basic computer applications for reporting and sales tracking
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN MALAYALAM

Experience:1-2 years experience in the sales of construction materials Preferred

Compensation Package : Rs 2.4 lakhs per annum + Food and accomodation
