Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Kanpur. The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities also include preparing proposals, conducting market research, and presenting solutions tailored to client needs. The role demands collaboration with the marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with climate change, agriculture, or sustainability concepts is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and explain data-driven solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in sales planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
