Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, located in Kanpur. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales operations, act as the point of contact for clients, and ensure the seamless execution of sales processes. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, providing administrative support to the sales team, and coordinating order processing activities to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth communication and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage workflows and support the sales process efficiently.
  • Client Calling and Handling should be foremost priority.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client inquiries and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to enhance growth opportunities and manage a client base effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organizational skills for ensuring accuracy in sales documentation and coordination activities.
  • Proficient use of CRM systems or sales software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
