Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting market research, generating leads, and managing the sales process from inquiry to closing. The role involves providing detailed product information, tailoring sales presentations to client needs, assisting clients with site visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also be tasked with maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to marketing strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and market research
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to understand client needs
  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
