Sales Executive

Location: Remote

Reports to: Founders

Compensation: ₹25,000/month + every closing deal very good incentives

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive who understands that sales is about conversations, not spam.

You'll work directly with the founders of CINQA to find prospects, start conversations, pitch our services, book calls, follow up, and close clients.

Your job isn't just to follow a script.

We want someone who can research prospects, understand their problems, personalize outreach, handle objections, and figure out what actually gets people to say yes.

You'll primarily work on:

• Lead generation & prospecting
• Cold outreach
• LinkedIn / Email / Instagram
• Qualifying leads
• Sales calls & pitching
• Follow-ups
• Closing deals
• Managing the sales pipeline

We want someone who is confident, consistent and comfortable talking to founders and decision-makers.

You'll work closely with the founders, which means quick feedback, daily communication, and a lot of ownership.
