We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in field sales, particularly in the certification and training industry. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the value of our training programs and certifications to prospective clients, develop strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in the certification and training sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of training programs and certifications to prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit proposals and quotations to clients in a timely manner.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong understanding of the certification and training market in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
