Company Description Charms Classic Deco, established in 2005, is a preferred channel partner and stockist for high-quality flooring and ceilings across multiple sectors. The company is known for long-term client relationships built on quality, reliability, and consistent service standards. Charms Classic Deco has served leading organizations such as Volkswagen, Mahindra & Mahindra, McDonald's, Unilever, Taj Group, major hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies across India. Key offerings include VOLONTÉ Flooring, Armstrong, Hunter Douglas, Ardex Endura, etc.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Goregaon. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across sectors such as automotive, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate offices. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing and following up on quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales pipelines, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Executive will represent Charms Classic Deco at client sites, industry events, and site visits as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management, preferably in building materials, interiors, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Capability to understand technical product features and translate them into client benefits for flooring and cladding solutions.
  • Competence in basic CRM or sales tracking tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and preparing professional proposals and reports.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Comfort with field work, client visits, and on-site coordination in and around Goregaon and other assigned territories.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction/Interior-related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in dealing with architects, contractors, project managers, or corporate procurement teams is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
