Job Description :

MulticoreWare (MCW) is looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our sales team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in technology sales across domains like AI/ML, video analytics, embedded systems, and semiconductor solutions. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and business units to support customer engagement, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in managing and nurturing customer accounts.

• Learn MCW's offerings in AI/ML, video, embedded systems, and engineering services.

• Assist in identifying customer needs and aligning them with MCW's capabilities.

• Help in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents.

• Participate in client meetings and take notes on requirements and follow-ups.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research to understand industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams (business units, engineering, and sales operations) to support sales activities.

• Maintain accurate customer data and update opportunities in the CRM tool (U Pilot).

• Track ongoing deals and assist in monitoring their progress.

• Prepare sales reports, customer visit summaries, and pipeline updates.

• Support senior team members in customer communication and relationship building.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related engineering fields. MBA is preferred

• Strong interest in technology sales and business development.

• Basic understanding of AI/ML, software services, or embedded systems (preferred).

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
