Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Sales Executive, located in Mangaluru. The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, presenting tailored digital solutions, addressing customer inquiries, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve analyzing market trends and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Expertise in lead generation, account management, and negotiation.
  • Digital and Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, online sales platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand market dynamics, client needs, and formulate result-oriented sales strategies.
  • Adaptability and Collaboration: Capacity to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to a dynamic work atmosphere.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in industries like construction, logistics, or industrial services is an advantage.
