Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Forsche's courses and training programs to colleges and educational institutions, establishing strong relationships, and driving student admissions.
Key Responsibilities- Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to present and promote Forsche's programs including courses, internships, industrial visits, and in-plant training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement officers, and department heads.
- Initiate and facilitate tie-ups and MoUs between Forsche Technology Solutions and institutions.
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns, seminars, and workshops to generate interest in Forsche programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and partnership targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospective institutional partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students and institutional partners.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visits, and leads in CRM or reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 13 years of experience in educational sales, institutional marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for college visits and business meetings.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience in education technology, training institutes, or academic tie-ups.
- Understanding of the college training and placement ecosystem.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
