Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive based in Chennai. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management and client relationship building
  • Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
  • Familiarity with the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
