About the Role

BRL India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new customers to promote BRL India products testing services.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Generate leads, conduct field visits, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Explain product, service features, pricing, and offers to clients clearly.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and submit updates to the manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for orders, deliveries, and customer support.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients.
  • Understand market trends and competitors activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
  • 13 years of experience in Sales (FMCG or related industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
