Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Kozhikode. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting customer visits, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, providing feedback to the team, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. The role requires maintaining a proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction and business development.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with client relationship management and customer success strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the construction or technology industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
