Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will engage with potential clients to identify their real estate needs and provide customized solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property tours, preparing sales proposals, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, negotiating deals, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property laws in Ahmedabad
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and goal-driven
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is highly desirable
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for property showings and client meetings
