Title : Junior Customer Service Representative

Technomine Group is a global outsourcing partner supporting clients across the UK, US & Canada. Our UK Travel division delivers high-quality travel support, customer experience services, and backend operational expertise.

We are now inviting fresh, energetic graduates to join us as JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Shift Timing : 8AM to 12AM (Flexibility)

Key-Responsibilities:

•Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.

•Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions.

•Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system with details of interactions.

•Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or relevant departments.

•Monitor and report customer feedback to improve service quality.

•Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements:

•Excellent Written & verbal communication skills.

•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

•Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

•Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train enthusiastic beginners!
