About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to build partnerships with schools and colleges across Mumbai and Pune. The role focuses on promoting our Campus to Career Services and Career Counselling Programs to educational institutions.
This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to expanding our institutional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to schools and colleges (CBSE, ICSE, IB boards)
- Generate leads for the educational institutions and colleges
- Reach out to institutions - Schedule 1:1 meetings with them
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with institutions
- Pitch and explain our Career Counselling and Campus to Career services
- Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) with decision-makers
- Maintain a strong pipeline and follow-ups with institutions
- Travel for client meetings when required (Mumbai & Pune)
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: 20,000/month
- Additional Commission: Paid based on successful partnerships closed
Who Should Apply
- Candidates with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Prior experience in sales / business development (education industry preferred)
- Individuals with existing contacts in schools or higher education institutions will have an added advantage
- Self-motivated individuals comfortable with field + remote work model
