Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. The responsibilities of this position include generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will create and execute sales plans, achieve targets, and work collaboratively with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts and grow revenue.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
- Handle inbound travel enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options
- Sell domestic & international tour packages, flights, hotels, and add-on services
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
Itinerary & Booking Management
- Prepare customized itineraries & quotations
- Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets, hotel vouchers, and travel documents
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain proper follow-up with prospective clients
- Provide pre & post-travel support
- Handle basic customer complaints professionally
- Generate repeat business & referrals
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with vendors (hotels, transporters, airlines, DMCs)
- Ensure accurate customer documentation & payments
- Update lead status in CRM system
