Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves preparing sales reports and staying updated on market trends to drive growth and revenue.

  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in sales reporting
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the co-working or real estate industry is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively
