We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team on-site at our Ghaziabad location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Treat n Greet's services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Organizational and time management skills for planning and executing sales strategies effectively
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Team collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the events or hospitality industry is an added advantage
