Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving sales, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customer relationships

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

Conduct client meetings and product presentations

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design solutions

Handle negotiations and close deals effectively

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution

Provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills

Basic knowledge of interior design, materials, kitchens, and wardrobes

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a target-driven environment

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Fluency in English and local languages

Preferred Background

Experience in interior design, furniture, modular kitchen, or home improvement industry

Candidates from architectural or interior design firms will be given preference
