Role Description

BlueStone is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Silchar. The Sales Executive will engage with customers, offer expert advice on jewelry selections, and maintain an exceptional in-store shopping experience. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, processing transactions accurately, and contributing to store operations. The role also entails staying updated on product offerings to provide insightful recommendations tailored to customer preferences.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Sales Skills: Experience in building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Communication and Listening Skills: Ability to convey information effectively and attentively listen to customer feedback and preferences.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Skills to resolve customer inquiries and adapt to changing situations in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness: Understanding of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals, with a willingness to learn about BlueStone's offerings.
  • Organizational and Collaboration Skills: Ability to manage inventory effectively, work as part of a team, and contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store.
  • Additional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and prior experience in retail or sales are advantageous but not mandatory.
