Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Thane. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for the company's travel packages. Day-to-day tasks will involve identifying potential customers, presenting travel solutions, negotiating deals, managing follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also require collaboration with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel bookings and services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals effectively
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, domestic and international destinations, and customer preferences
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales or the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
