Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Narnaul. The Sales Executive will manage day-to-day sales operations, develop and maintain client relationships, and identify potential business opportunities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, generating leads, pitching financial products, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves market research and maintaining detailed records of client interactions to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and networking
  • Customer Relationship Management and communication skills
  • Product knowledge of financial services, including lending and insurance
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Ability to achieve sales targets in a high-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior sales or financial services experience is a plus
