Executive/Assistant Manager – Sales

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales with 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or product-based business.

Candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing, interior decor, interior products, premium products, or related B2B/B2C sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate on pricing, customisation, and order requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, interior designers, architects, dealers, and business clients.
• Coordinate with production and internal teams for order execution and delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop potential client accounts.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in a startup, furniture company, interior décor business, manufacturing company, or premium product sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of consultative and relationship-based selling.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing business environment.
