Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sell a variety of domestic holiday packages and travel experiences to customers based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
  • Advise clients on different holiday destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities within the country.
  • Provide expert knowledge of travel destinations, seasonal offers, and exclusive deals for domestic holidays.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in selecting, customising, and booking travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, offers, and travel packages within the domestic travel market.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and add-ons to enhance the customer's travel experience.
