Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 34 qualified consultation calls daily with women seeking help for health issues.
  • Build empathy and diagnose their health challenges.
  • Build trust and convert qualified leads into sales
  • Handle objections confidently and nurture the leads.
  • Manage follow-ups and close deals efficiently
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets

Compensation & Incentives:

  • Fixed Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per month
  • Performance Incentives: 30,000 to 1,00,000 per month
  • All Leads are provided by the company

Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in consultative B2C sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English + Hindi.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideal for professionals who can build trust with women, handle objections with clarity, and guide them to take committed action toward transformation.
