Job Description

Role - Sales Executive.

Company - Incubex.

Working Days - 6 days.

Industry - Similar like Commercial Real Estate.

Interview Mode will be face to face only no virtual Interviews.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales professional to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion at Incubex. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales execution within the managed / non-managed workspace and commercial real estate segment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial workspace segment.
  • Independently manage the entire sales lifecycle from client pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, broker/channel partners, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, channel partners, and IPCs to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare customized workspace solutions, presentations, and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, facility, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting through CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the coworking and managed office space industry.

Educational Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing / Business Management preferred.
  • Strong academic background preferred.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / commercial real estate / coworking spaces / corporate leasing / interior workspace solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise or corporate deals independently.
  • Experience working with channel partners, brokers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and corporate clients will be an added advantage.

Functional Knowledge & Technical Ability

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and commercial deal structuring.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

  • Highly self-driven with strong sales orientation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management and client handling skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to succeed in a dynamic business environment.
