About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role, with good communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle leads from initial contact through conversion.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions when required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field visits
