Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell company products/services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Identify and reach out to new customers through field visits, calls, and other marketing activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and present reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and Bengali.
• Education: Bachelors degree in any field (Degree mandatory).
• Experience : Freshers are welcome to apply and Experienced candidates from insurance sales backgrounds are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be open to local travel as part of this field-based sales role.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
