Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering product and service presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve collaborating closely with other teams to provide exceptional client solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and lead generation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT and ITES services, including software development and back-office solutions
  • Relationship-building skills along with the ability to manage client portfolios
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
  • Experience in working with CRM software and other related tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role is a strong advantage
