Role Description

As a Sales Executive at Ascens Buildcon LLP, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and maintaining relationships to secure sales. You will actively promote residential and commercial real estate projects, conduct market research, and provide detailed presentations to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, where you will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and market research capabilities
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Motivated, result-driven, and skilled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Understanding of the real estate market in Gurugram is highly beneficial
