Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves presenting tailored business proposals to clients, understanding client requirements, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the operations team to meet project deadlines. Additionally, the Sales Executive will stay updated on industry trends, gather market intelligence, and represent the company at relevant events and exhibitions.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development experience, particularly in the sports infrastructure or construction industry, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sports infrastructure or construction processes is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on results-driven performance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel as required to meet with clients or visit project sites.
