Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Sadar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with venue partners, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the customer service and operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience for customers.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of the venue and hospitality industry, or event management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partnerships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
