Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales to achieve individual and team targets. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, promoting products, consulting with customers to provide tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will also contribute to expanding MYZA's market reach by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Including Telecalling)
  • Experience in the luxury or jewelry industry is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus
  • Results-driven approach with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Passion for sustainable luxury and ethical practices is highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
